            Responsibilities  Develop drawings and models using CAD and BIM software. 
Coordinate with architectural, structural, 
Review contractor shop drawings and material submittals. 
Coordinate and supervise plumbing and sanitary works 
Conduct regular inspections and provide recommendations for improvement or rectification works when required. 
Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the project team to resolve technical issues. 
Monitor maintenance progress, drawings, and other relevant documents related to building works. 
Prepare and review quotationsand maintenance records. 
Participate in project meetings and communicate with contractors
