**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Execute small expansion projects, ad-hoc changes, batch enhancements, and logic/graphics development under Lifecycle Services.
+ Support DeltaV upgrade projects, including Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and project-to-service handover in line with standard checklists.
+ Implement cybersecurity solutions and support customer workshops and programs such as Business Consulting Assessments (BCA) and Software Evaluation Services (SES).
+ Deliver lifecycle service offerings including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Preventive and Warranty AMCs, and scheduled service packages (ST100, ST200), along with chargeable service visits as required.
+ Provide technical support for Guardian / Essential Support customers across DeltaV Batch, DeltaV Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), Charms I/O, Virtual I/O Modules (VIM), third-party integrations, and system maintenance.
