We are seeking a Production Engineer Launch to handle our new products launch for our high-speed auto-component manufacturing operations. The role will drive process strategy, automation deployment, and continuous improvement across multiple assembly lines, ensuring world-class productivity, quality, and cost performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development, validation, and roll-out of manufacturing processes as per internal and customer standards.Drive automation initiatives—concept design, vendor management, buy-off, commissioning, and enhancement of high-speed assembly lines.Ensure process readiness before SOP, manage PFMEA, Control Plans, and process documentation.Lead feasibility studies, line layout design, cycle time optimisation, and cost-down initiatives.Drive plant productivity through Lean, Kaizen, Muda eliminati...
