Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules (baseline, recovery, and revised programs) using Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software, ensuring compliance with RTA specifications and standard work breakdown structures.
Monitor project progress against approved baselines, identify delays and critical path impacts, and perform schedule risk analysis and time impact analysis in accordance with contract requirements.
Coordinate planning activities in line with RTA approval procedures, including interim milestones, traffic staging, sectional handover requirements, and integration of authority approvals (NOCs, permits, traffic diversion approvals).
Review and assess contractors' programs, planning submissions, and method statements against RTA contractual milestones, key performance indicators (KPIs), and phasing requirements.
