Description of the Work Task
Personnel Management:
- Staff/Worker scheduling according to SAP worklist.
- Staff/Worker training as well as supporting employees in their measurement tasks and reacting flexibility in the event of staff absences.
- Conduct annual employee appraisal.
- Disciplinary responsibility for adherence to deadlines/delivery date.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate Manufacturing processes based on Quality criteria such as efficiency and speed.
- Study production and machine requirements.
- Organize and Manage manufacturing workflows and resources.
- Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality.
- Train staff in new and existing processes.
