Responsibilities
  • Support network communications, maintaining and monitoring LAN/WAN/Wireless network environments to provide a great end‑user experience.
  • Utilize network monitoring tools to ensure optimal system utilization, performance, and availability.
  • Configure, install, and maintain network switches, routers, and security hardware.
  • Interface with users, consultants, technical teams, and vendors to determine top‑of‑class network hardware and software for deployment to WESCO sites.
  • Support complex LAN/WAN networks throughout the organization.
  • Assist in maintaining WESCO’s networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, VPN, and data‑center environments.
  • Serve as a troubleshooter on local and wide‑area network problems.
