The Utility Scale Energy Storage team is seeking a Project Engineer specializing in Thermal Management for Lithium-Ion Battery Systems. In this role, you will support BESS projects from design through commissioning, collaborating across the NextEra Energy Resources organization to deliver best-in-class energy storage solutions.

You will define scope, provide engineering oversight, and serve as a technical resource for crossfunctional teams combining strong analytical skills with a customer-service mindset for both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who can identify lessons learned, implement process improvements, and develop tools and standards that maximize BESS performance.
