Design electrical assemblies, power distribution system and control panels for UHP gas purification systems.
Coordinate with mechanical, software, and control system designers and other engineering teammates.
Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, I/O lists, panel layouts and engineering documentation to support development and production of systems.
Size and select electrical components, protection devices, sensors, instrumentation and control hardware as required to meet UHP gas purifier system requirements.
Perform electrical load calculations including load analysis, circuit protection, cable sizing, voltage drop reviews.
Support thermal control system design and troubleshooting for heater, temperature sensing and over temperature protection applications.
Support PLC‑based control systems through validation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and commissioning activities.
