New lab enablement: lead qualification and process buyoff for new equipment or layout changes; coordinate with Facilities and GEL in enablement.
Maintain and improve process of record (POR) for assigned reliability tests, ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality management systems.
Define process windows, control plans, and reaction mechanisms to prevent excursions and maintain product integrity.
Partner with Automation Engineers to implement error‑proofing measures and reduce manual touchpoints.
Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation, training records, and compliance evidence.
Analyze process performance data, identify trends, and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement using statistical and AI‑assisted techniques.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics or related engineering discipline.
