Job description: Job Responsibilities
Supervise and perform 24/7 day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance Oversee & coordinate rectification, A&A & maintenance works. Ensure all building defects, breakdowns & failures are attended to expeditiously and recovery periods are minimal. Ensure vendors & contractors performance & works comply with company's quality standards & authorities codes. Check & ensure adequacy of spares & stocks for the repairs & maintenance function of the department. Liaise with appointed contractors, subcontractors & vendors for rectification, enhancement works, etc. Troubleshooting & rectification of electrical equipment, electrical fittings & electrical distribution boards. Compile, collate and analyze operational data and reports for the purpose of continuous improvements. Provide technical support for building services. Propose & implement improvement works.
