What the role is: Engineer / Architect (Project Management)
What you will be working on:
Project Management (Construction)
Lead team of consultants and contractor to ensure the successful completion of the project in the following areas:
Monitor Construction Master Programme and ensure project completion is on schedule
Monitor interim completion of critical milestones/delays and progress
Ensure sample units readiness and approval
Ensure completion of structural, M&E works and architectural finishes of the project
Monitor lift installation and commissioning
Ensure services laying and commissioning
Monitor regulatory clearances and ensure clearances obtained promptly for TOP & CSC application
Ensure pre‑completion checks and preparations are carried out for handover inspection
Provide construction inputs upstream at planning and design stage to manage construction duration and mitigate construction issues
