1.Ensure the accurate of SAP data (BOM/routing/packaging data…), and meet complement lead time.
2.Routing/ST monthly review and analysis: for Paid efficiency and labor efficiency is over 100% to take actions.
3.Work with cross team to meet the goals of IE in terms of productivity improvement, lean project cost saving.
4.Be responsible for new line setting up/Maintenance/line layout/Routing/line balancing/efficiency. Improvement/std time/scrap rate improvement/IE knowledge training.
5.Fully responsible for IE responsibilities in terms of quality & response time.
6.Quotation support for new project and provide the accurate process time to make our cost more competitive.
7.Implement the EHS related requirement in IE department.
