Job Description
- Formulate and execute energy efficiency strategies in line with mall and office operational needs.
- Establish annual energy reduction targets and sustainability objectives.
- Track real-time energy usage using BMS and smart meters.
- Assess trends and pinpoint inefficiencies in HVAC, lighting, and escalator systems.
Tariff & Cost Optimization
- Review TNB tariff options to recommend the most cost-effective plans.
- Apply load-shifting and demand-side management initiatives to reduce energy costs.
Project Management
- Oversee energy-saving retrofit projects, such as LED lighting upgrades and chiller replacements.
- Manage solar PV feasibility assessments and coordinate installation projects.
