Compensation: $125,000 to $135,000 base, eligibility to earn discretionary bonus

Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Energy & Facilities Manager to lead site-wide energy management, utilities operations, and facilities services within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving energy efficiency initiatives, reducing operating costs, supporting sustainability objectives, and ensuring the reliable operation of critical utility and facility systems.

The Energy & Facilities Manager will oversee utilities including electricity, water, compressed air, HVAC, and waste management while developing and implementing strategies to improve energy performance, reduce environmental impact, and maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards.
