Job Description Summary
Primary Objectives:
Provide expert-level support and incident response for security platforms.
Lead complex troubleshooting and configuration tasks.
Collaborate with clients to tailor security policies to their needs.
Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base development.
Main Duties / Key Accountabilities
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for endpoint security tools
Handle L3 escalations from Client
Configure and optimize email filtering, DLP, encryption, and threat protection policies.
Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed incident reports.
Collaborate with client IT and security teams to implement best practices.
Assist in onboarding new clients and integrating endpoint security solutions.
Monitor platform health and performance, ensuring SLAs are met.
