Caseload: 100% outpatient clinic. 100% Endocrine. 0% Internal Medicine. 0% Hospital.
Average # of Patients per day: 12-16
Will other endocrinologists be present during the Locum Physician coverage?: NO

X-Ray Onsite: No
Ultrasound Onsite: Yes, in clinic
Number of Exam Rooms: 6
Total Number of Beds: 350
Total Number of ICU Beds: 48
Level III Trauma
Describe office staff: 1 MA, front desk, scheduler, etc.
EMR System: EPIC
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
