The Role:
We are recruiting for an IPS Employment Specialist to support individuals facing barriers into sustainable employment across Garstang, Kirkham & Wesham
This is a rewarding, person-centred role where you will manage a varied caseload, providing tailored one-to-one support to help individuals build confidence, develop skills, and secure meaningful work. You’ll take a proactive approach, working closely with local employers to identify opportunities and support customers throughout their journey into employment and beyond.
