You will already have some qualified experience to bring with you and will now feel ready and excited to take on a more complex and varied caseload and to work across multiple industry sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full range of Employment Law cases from helping set policies to advising on contentious matters
• Building relationships with existing clients as well as new via marketing, networking etc
• Whilst you will be keen to run your own case load, you should also be happy to support colleagues across the team with more strategic or complicated cases
