Employer Engagement Team Lead

Reporting to the Associate Dean, Work Integrated Learning, this position plays a key leadership role in strengthening NorQuest’s connections with industry. You will lead and coordinate employer engagement activities that expand meaningful work‑integrated learning and employment opportunities for students, while ensuring a high‑quality, consistent experience for employer partners across the college.

This is a term role ending on April 30, 2027.

How you’ll make a difference

• Lead and grow strategic relationships with industry partners to expand opportunities for work‑integrated learning (WIL), employment, and student engagement
• Plan, organize, and execute high‑impact employer engagement activities such as Career Fairs, Career Days, on‑campus recruitment, panels, and workshops
