As the lead for employer engagement within the Youth Guarantee programme, you will play a vital role in creating pathways to meaningful work and placements for young people aged 17–21.
You are a confident and engaging professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing multiple relationships while delivering tangible outcomes.
