4. Conduct counseling and help develop employee corrective action.

5. Generate customize report for HR information system

6. Proactive to internal and external labor relations programs

7. Proactive in all auxiliary duties and responsibilities


Requirements

- with HR related experience

- with experience in handling cases

- with experience in handling employee engagement program

- Exposure to case handling, admin hearings, or labor concerns

- Basic understanding of labor laws and due process

- Familiarity with disciplinary procedures and case documentation
