JOB PURPOSE
: The post-holder will be required to provide employee relations advice and support to EA managers and schools. This will include advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters such as discipline, grievances and performance improvement. The post-holder will work with a team of specialists and other advisors making up the employee relations team.
