The role is part of a small team reporting to our Head of ER and Advisory.

You'll be keen to come into one of our offices in Old Street or Bank 2/3 times a week.

What you'll be doing:

The ER Case Lead plays a pivotal role in managing complex and high-risk employee relations cases across the UK&I region. This is a fixed term contract until Spring 2027.

The role ensures fair, consistent, and legally compliant resolution of cases while supporting the business in navigating sensitive employee matters. It also contributes to policy development, stakeholder engagement, and proactive risk mitigation.
