Start-to-finish handling of investigative processes, including intake, strategic planning, conducting interviews, data (evidence) gathering and analysis, report writing, updating case management systems, involving stakeholders and providing updates.
Provide consultative services to business management at all levels on topics including performance management, discipline, and other corrective actions.
Facilitate dispute and conflict resolution processes.
Partner with other Chevron organizations pertaining to work assignments (e.g., Legal, Global Security, IT Forensics, Labor Relations, Compliance).
Represent Chevron through professional organizations to benchmark and understand external ER-related matters, best practices, processes, and tools.
Attend unemployment claims appeal hearings as a Chevron representative.
