Qualifications

• 3+ years project and management experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience on IT support services
• Experience dealing with various levels within the company and with third-party vendors
• Experience in server administration based on MS Windows platform
• Strong technical knowledge regarding LAN/WAN/Telecom
• Previous background in ITIL process and COBIT framework
• Experience in the Infrastructure subjects are required
• Management experience (projects, processes and people) is desirable
• Experience in the Consumer Goods industry is desirable

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or computer engineering
