Support students experiencing challenges related to anxiety, emotional wellbeing, social relationships, identity development, academic stress, grief, and other personal concerns.
Conduct risk assessments, develop safety plans, and support students returning to school following periods of absence or intervention.
Maintain accurate and confidential case records in accordance with professional and safeguarding standards.
Liaise with and refer students to external mental health professionals and specialist services when appropriate.
Actively contribute as a member of the school's safeguarding team, demonstrating a strong understanding of child protection policies and procedures.
