Key Responsibilities - Promote patient safety practices across HealthHub and support employees in quality improvement initiatives.
- Support the collection, validation, analysis, and presentation of quality and patient safety data.
- Assist departments in identifying, monitoring, and implementing quality improvement and patient safety projects.
- Conduct clinical case reviews and support identification of potential quality or safety concerns.
- Support the development, review, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and scopes of service.
- Maintain quality databases, policy registers, and organisational charts.
- Support accreditation activities including preparation, coordination, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
