            Job Description:
Position available immediately with coverage required as soon as possible.
Flexible shift options include 12-hour or 24-hour shifts.
Current documentation system: EPIC in March 2025.
Emergency department staff are responsible for responding to house codes.
Hospitalist coverage may be required and will be clarified based on operational needs.
Census - 26 patients per day, 9500 per year
Shift hours for both physician and APP - either 7a-7p or 7a-7a (24hrs)
Below are the open shifts:
4/7- 7a-7p
4/8- 7a-7p
4/9-7a-7p
4/10- 7a-7p
4/12- 7a-7p & 7p-7a (could also be a 24-hour shift)
4/26- 7a-7p & 7p-7a (could also be a 24-hour shift)
Requirements:
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine - Required
Active NY license - Required
BLS, ACLS -
