We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a rural emergency department team, overseeing a small Observation Unit and assisting in the ED as needed. This is a great opportunity for new graduates or experienced providers looking to gain broad exposure in a supportive, team-oriented environment

Job Highlights:

-Start Date: ASAP
-Shifts: 12-hour shifts (7a 7p or 7p 7a) flexibility required
-EMR: EPIC
-Coverage of Observation Unit (2 3 patients)
-Single-provider model
-When not rounding in the Obs unit, assist in the ED under physician supervision
-Census: 26 patients/day, 9,500/year
-Rural setting with varied case exposure
