Emergency Medical Technician

Minimum qualifications:

• Valid CA EMT license
• Valid CA driver license
• Valid CPR card
• 6 months of EMT experience minimum
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Know all EMT skills and protocols
• Moderate computer skills

Job description:

• Respond to all emergency 911 and non-emergency calls within the community of Rossmoor Walnut Creek.
• Ability to multitask in an event of a mass 911 medical event within the community of Rossmoor.
• Respond to all kinds of 911 related calls including: vehicle accidents, DOA, suicides, falls, work accidents, trauma related calls, and all other kinds of medical emergencies.
• Work alongside Con-Fire, AMR and Walnut Creek PD during 911 situations on a regular basis.
