The **Emergency Management Lead** manages execution of the Facility Drill Program (FDP) for assigned Liquid Waste (LW) high hazard and core facilities in compliance with DOE Orders, Site Manuals and LW Emergency Management program performance-based requirements. Conducts training drills and evaluated exercises to ensure performance of watch-stander personnel in response to facility emergencies. Manages assessments to evaluate and demonstrate functional area programmatic compliance and readiness.
