JOB GOAL

To provide leadership in the elementary school with a focus on delivering a distinctive Christian educational philosophy. To develop an excellent educational and ministry program that maintains a safe and positive learning environment for students.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be accountable to the Head of School for operations of the elementary school.
• Provide leadership in the accomplishment of the spiritual mission of the elementary school.
• Be responsible for expediting directives from the Head of School concerning matters directly related to the elementary school and the operation of the school.
