UL is currently seeking a motivated Electronics Technician for our Industrial Controls Laboratory. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be innovative and creative in growing this area of our business. A successful Electronics Technician sets up and performs a variety of electrical and mechanical testing on different products mostly involving electrical circuits.

The Industrial Controls Lab provides a variety of performance testing and certification of Industrial Controls products such as PLCs, motor drives, contactors, elevator interlocks and emergency stops devices.

Industrial Controls tests performed include:

+ Heating and Temperature
+ Overload and endurance
+ Short circuit
+ Ground Bond
+ Abnormal Operation
+ Component Fault Testing
+ Mechanical
