**Job Title:** Electronics Technician

**Shift:** 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

**Location:** Budd Lake, NJ

**Pay:** $23-25/hr

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform electronic and electromechanical assembly of printed circuit boards, harnesses, and subassemblies per IPC and J-STD-001 workmanship standards.
+ Utilize hand tools, soldering equipment, and microscopes to assemble and inspect components.
+ Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions accurately.
+ Conduct visual inspection of solder joints and component placement to ensure compliance with quality standards.
+ Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve assembly issues.
+ Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all ESD and safety protocols.

**Qualifications:**

+ 3–5 years of experience in electronic or electromechanical assembly.
