**Position Overview**

The Soldering Technician is responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components in accordance with strict quality and industry standards. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work independently.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform soldering of electronic components and assemblies
+ Read and interpret **PCB layouts** and identify components accurately
+ Utilize soldering tools and equipment safely and effectively
+ Ensure all soldering meets **IPC J-STD-001 quality standards**
+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace
