Description:

We are looking for an Electromechanical Team Leader to join our maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily follow-up of the tasks assigned to electromechanics
• Ensure communication with the maintenance supervisor and supervisors from other departments
• Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement
• Actively participate in the team’s ongoing training
• Follow up on emergencies and corrective and preventive work orders
• Ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance program
• Collaborate in the development and improvement of the preventive plan
• Inspect machinery for anomalies
• Read part diagrams and initiate order requests
• Perform repairs according to priorities and parts availability
• Support suppliers during specialized interventions
