**Job Description**

This role is a direct-hire Electrician position in a manufacturing environment, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, machinery, and related equipment. The Electrician works on a variety of industrial electrical and mechanical tasks, including troubleshooting complex systems, supporting production operations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Responsibilities**

+ Repair a wide range of tools and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
+ Inspect equipment regularly, diagnose trouble or malfunctions, and determine appropriate corrective actions.
+ Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and make necessary adjustments to prevent recurrence.
