Silver Fern Farms Dargaville is seeking a motivated Shift Maintenance Electrician to join our engineering team. The role involves day‑to‑day electrical reliability improvements, repairs, and maintenance on a large industrial food processing site.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on a 4 on/4 off 12‑hour rotating shift roster, Monday to Sunday, minimum 45 hours per week.
• Perform day‑to‑day electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting and fault identification.
• Install new site equipment and support a range of electrical applications across the facility.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve root‑cause solutions and improve plant reliability.
