Electrical Technician - Power Plant

Job Purpose

Responsible for performing electrical maintenance and troubleshooting activities in the Power Plant area, including Recovery Boiler and Evaporator facilities, to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for electrical equipment in the Power Plant, Recovery Boiler, and Evaporator areas.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues related to motors, switchgear, transformers, MCC, generators, drives, and electrical distribution systems.
• Carry out inspection, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure equipment reliability and operational continuity.
• Support maintenance activities during shutdown, turnaround, and emergency situations.
