Position Summary

The Design & Release Engineer (DRE) is responsible for leading the engineering development and release of components within Electric Drive Systems. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, suppliers, manufacturing, and quality organizations to ensure components meet technical, quality, cost, and timing requirements throughout the product development lifecy

Key Responsibilitie

• Lead the engineering development and release of Electric Drive System components
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Suppliers
• Lead Product Development Team (PDT) meetings and drive issue resolution
• Manage engineering changes through the Change Notice (CN) process
• Track and resolve engineering issues using the Global Issue Management (GIM) process
