Our client is an established MEP contractor with over 100 years of experience delivering projects across London and the South of England. Operating from multiple offices, the business employs approximately 130 staff and generates an annual turnover of circa £25 million.
The Electrical Project Manager will manage all electrical aspects of multiple projects simultaneously, typically overseeing 2-3 live commercial projects with values up to £2 million. Sectors include offices, healthcare, higher education, and museums.
The role covers full lifecycle project management from contract award through to handover, ensuring compliance, quality, and commercial performance, while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
