We are looking for an experienced resident‑focused individual to lead the management of electrical, lifts and M&E systems across Hexagon. The role ensures full compliance with all statutory obligations and places resident safety at the heart of service delivery.

Key responsibilities include managing electrical, lift and M&E services, overseeing contractor and contract management, understanding legal processes related to compliance activity, and maintaining knowledge of Health & Safety, CDM and Electrical Safe Systems of work. Strong pla...
