Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Department Leadership & Team Management
Lead the E&I maintenance team, including Supervisors, Technicians, and Contractors.
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities and allocate manpower accordingly.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation of team members.
2. Electrical Maintenance Management
Oversee maintenance of motors, MCC panels, power distribution systems, transformers, switchgear, VFDs, UPS, and standby generators.
Ensure stable and safe power supply to all production lines and auxiliary equipment.
Verify proper load distribution, power factor management, and energy efficiency initiatives.
3. Instrumentation & Control Systems Management
Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and reliability of field instruments (PT, TT, FT, LT, control valves, sensors).
Oversee PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA systems, ensuring timely troubleshooting and modification support. ...
