Location: KZN Midlands Duties and Responsibilities Carry out repairs and planned maintenance to all electrical equipment on site. Do electrical installation on new equipment on site. Modify and improve existing equipment upon sanction approval to optimize capacity. Ensure legal compliance of all electrical installations and equipment. Manage a team of electricians, assistants, and apprentices. Diagnose and repair faulty machinery. Distribute equipment and material to allow the team to perform assigned activities. Ensure team adheres to safety standards. Coordinate and check work done by the team, reporting deviations to the manager. Plan and coordinate daily work routines of electricians, ensuring effective shift cover. Manage overtime effectively and within budget. Order and control critical spare parts
