Candidate must have a B Eng/BSc in Electrical Engineering
Candidate must be registered with ECSA
5-10 years design and project experience
Knowledge of construction contracts, such as GCC, JBCC, NEC and other will be beneficial
Sound knowledge of SANS building standards as well as standards related to health facilities and systems
Responsibilities
Electrical Building Services – Residential, Retail, Commercial, Institutional and Medical design experience and good working knowledge will be an advantage
Electronic Building service – Access control, Fire Detection, BMS and CCTV
Energy saving and energy management designs
C&I – Rooftop PV, ground-mounted solar projects and energy storage with HelioScope and Pvsyst simulations design experience and good working knowledge will be an advantage
Capable of independently managing projects from inception to close‑out
