• Work with clients, project managers, engineers, designers and drafters to prepare deliverables under BBA and client standards
• Establish client needs, prepare or review reports, estimates, specifications, quotations and proposals
• Independently or with others, perform electrical studies such as power flow, short circuit, protection, arc flash, grounding, EMF, and NERC PRC and MOD compliance
• Develop and implement work methods to carry out project work
• Lead, supervise, train and mentor junior engineers during project execution
