Electrical Bias M&E Engineer

Location: Static Commercial Office Building – Glasgow

Salary: £38,000 + overtime and call‑out opportunities

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

The Opportunity

We're recruiting an Electrical Bias M&E Engineer to join the on‑site engineering team at a prestigious, well‑maintained commercial office building in Glasgow. The role is static, offers a great work‑life balance and a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the building
• Fault‑find and repair electrical systems, including lighting, power, emergency lighting and distribution boards
• Support mechanical and HVAC plant, including AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors
• Conduct routine plant checks and ensure building systems operate efficiently
