Our Mining Division in Eastern Canada is growing, and we are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer co‑op to join our team in the Burlington office. This will be a fall term co‑op.
About The Role
- Assist more experienced engineers in preparing, coordinating, and reviewing deliverables.
- Prepare and review technical documents under the guidance of experienced specialists.
- Prepare simple plans, designs, calculations and cost estimates under guidance from senior engineers.
- Prepare proposals for new work.
- Apply mathematical calculations and basic engineering principles to solve defined problems.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining engineering and drawing lists and files.
- Work and liaise with engineers and other staff across the business in a range of engineering tasks.
- Maintain high‑quality work and meet project deadlines.
