Main Role and Responsibilities
Planning and Design of Electrical engineering works for building services projects to deliver buildable design within a timely manner, and economical service to meet client's requirement. Incumbent must influence across services without formal authority and manage the success of projects.
Key Responsibilities
. Design of electrical services such as sub-station, small power, lighting, security system, data cabling, public address system etc. . Presentation of design concept report to client. . Preparation of M&E cost estimate base on approved design scheme. . Preparation of technical specifications and tender documentation. . Co-ordination of M&E services within the office. . Reviewing of shop drawings, material submissions and handle RFIs. . Verification of Work Progress and Variation Order for progress claim. .
