You will play a proactive role within a dynamic and innovative department, delivering key objectives to meet both departmental and Trusts requirements.

EFQP

Undertake essential repair works and general maintenance activities at the request of the Estates Officer / Estates Manager.
Assist Estates Officer in the implementation of HTM , Electrical Safety Code for LV Systems under instruction from the Authorised Person.
To liaise with Estates Officer / Estates Manager regarding plant or equipment failures and to request the supply of goods and/or services as necessary.
Ability to carry out cross trades works including mechanical and building repairs.
Undertake fault finding on systems and equipment.
